Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries of the selected product(s). These deliveries are based on the subscription frequency that you select when you make your initial purchase, and will continue indefinitely unless cancelled. These can be changed any time from the customer portal on the Mother's Promise website, or can be changed on your behalf by the customer support team. There is no penalty to cancelling a subscription, but the subscription discount of 10% off will only apply to products you hold an active subscription for.

Subscription Payments
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each automatic delivery.
All subscriptions are indefinite, and you will be automatically charged for reach repeat order of the product(s) to the original method of payment. If you would like to update the payment method on file, you can do so yourself on the customer portal on the Mother's Promise website. Unlike subscription frequency updates or cancellations, our customer support team does not have access to your payment details. This means that, for security purposes, the customer support team will be unable to update the payment method on file on your behalf. If you have any difficulties figuring out how to update your method of payment on file, our customer support team will be more than happy to walk you through the process during our regular business hours or via email. 

Subscription Changes
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order on the Mother's Promise website. From there, you can manage your subscription yourself, either to cancel completely or adjust the frequency of deliveries. Alternatively, you can reach out to the customer support team, and they will be happy to adjust the details of your subscription on your behalf, during our regular business hours.
Our subscription products are subject to the same returns and refund policy as all other products and services sold by Mother's Promise. For more information on
